Immediate need for a contract Drupal programmer

We have an immediate need for a contract programmer to take on the maintenance and continued development of our recently launched http://thetalentslate.com Drupal-based community. We anticipate at least 30-40 hours of development a month, and would like an estimate for a per-month maintenance fee to help us polish & enhance our existing system.

This Drupal system uses CCK, Views, and Panels (1) extensively. It also utilizes Ubercart for its ecommerce needs, and has about 10-12 custom modules, most of which are simple “mashups” to get existing Drupal functionality to match our business needs. The non-mashup modules still use CCK & Views extensively, so this should be an easy project for any experienced Drupal developer to pick up.
Immediate development needs we have:

• General aesthetic polishing, CSS/Templates, block & element placement, etc
• Enhancements to user profiles, specifically adding a Contact tab, and some data reorganization
• Continued development of site sections like Projects and Search.
• Development of a documentation/support/FAQ solution (possibly using Book pages?)

We have very well documented requirements & specifications. The first 3-4 months of contract work will be polishing & developing on the existing system, but after that we have a second phase of development planned to create lots of new features for our basic infrastructure.
